Job Description
An Assistant Manager of Revenue Management with Hilton is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient business thresholds to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Job Requirements
As the Assistant Director of Revenue Management, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls including, but not limited to, room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, displacement analysis, tentative and definite group bookings analysis, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information, managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front Office and ensuring FMS and GL are balanced • Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors including, but not limited to, running multiple reports, trend analysis and making recommendations • Prepare all forecasts and annual budgeting • Review all competitive shops, identify selling strategies and market trends, review demand, convention and city event calendars, maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical data • Participate in and facilitate meetings What are we looking for?
